Candidate Referral Bonus
This bonus is available to all! You don't have to be a DaySpring employee to receive a minimum of $100 and maximum of $500 for referring a candidate who signs up with us. The bonus is calculated based on the employee's Discipline and number of hours worked in the first 8 weeks of employment.
However, you don't need to wait 8 weeks before receiving your bonus. We will advance $100 to you at the same time the employee receives the first paycheck!
If you refer a candidate for Direct Hire, a substantial bonus is also available based on their Discipline.
The candidate must give us your full name before or upon signing up with us. The bonus cannot be applied if notice of your referral is given once the candidate has started working.
Client Referral Bonus
This bonus is also available to all! You will receive $300 for referring any facility, including but not limited to, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, schools, private medical practice, etc. The bonus will be given upon completion of a specified number of billable hours.
